Director of NHS Partnerships

Remote / National Travel

Salary: £85,000 – £100,000
Target OTE: £165,000 - £225,000+ (Uncapped)

The Opportunity:

Redefining the NHS Frontline
Are you a former senior NHS/Healthcare operator who has successfully transitioned into the commercial world? Or perhaps you are a consultative sales leader with a proven track record of delivering complex managed services into Acute Trusts?
We are collaborating with a high-growth, CQC-registered elective care provider on a mission to ensure patients get better, faster. This isn't just another healthcare company; they are a digital-first innovator that has already treated over 170,000 patients, using a unique model that unlocks capacity and optimises hospital resources.

Having historically been founder-led in their commercial efforts, they are now seeking a Director of NHS Partnerships to take ownership of a warm pipeline and scale their impact across the UK.

The Role:

The Collaborative Orchestrator
This is not a transactional, hard-sell environment. You will be selling complex, transformative solutions that require deep engagement with CMOs, COOs, and CFOs, as well as operational leads.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Momentum Driver: You will apply professional persistence to navigate the long NHS sales cycles, maintaining momentum from the first meeting to final execution.
  • Future Leadership: As the business grows, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own dedicated business development team.
