Director of Operations – London

£90,000 + Benefits | London | Permanent

An ambitious, high-growth accommodation business. A rapidly expanding London portfolio. An opportunity to shape the next phase of operational growth.

Sectora Group has been exclusively appointed to recruit a Director of Operations – London for an established, rapidly expanding business operating within the specialist accommodation and property services sector.

With a significant and growing London portfolio, an evolving leadership structure and ambitious plans for continued expansion, our client is investing in its operational capability to support the next stage of its development.

This is a pivotal appointment for an experienced operational leader who can combine commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to build scalable, high-performing operations.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will take responsibility for the operational performance, efficiency and day-to-day delivery of a growing London accommodation portfolio.

Leading through an established operational management team and overseeing a network of external housekeeping, maintenance and property service providers, you will ensure the business continues to deliver consistently high standards while developing the structure, systems and processes needed to support its growth.

We're looking for someone who brings the operational discipline and experience of a larger organisation, combined with the adaptability, energy and hands-on approach required within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Your ability to build relationships and influence people at every level will be central to your success.

On any given day, you could be engaging with frontline housekeeping teams, resolving complex supplier challenges, meeting with the owner of a multimillion-pound London property or discussing operational performance and strategic priorities with the executive leadership team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
