Operations Director – London

Circa £95,000 + 12.5% Bonus (up to 25%) + Excellent Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading Facilities Management business in a senior Operations Director role, overseeing a prestigious multi-site portfolio across London.

This is a highly visible leadership position with responsibility for the operational performance and strategic direction of three key London sites, working closely with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.

The successful individual will take ownership of service delivery across the portfolio, ensuring contractual KPIs are achieved whilst continuing to drive performance, consistency, and operational excellence.

A major part of the role will be stakeholder management. We are looking for someone who is confident operating at senior level, able to build trusted relationships, and comfortable working within a complex, high-profile client environment.

There is also a strong focus on commercial performance, governance, reporting, and data ownership. You will need to be comfortable interrogating MI, identifying trends, and using data to drive decision-making and strategic planning across the portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
