DIVISIONAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR – PASSIVE FIRE SOLUTIONS
Senior Leadership Opportunity | Six figure Salary + Benefits (depending on experience)
Location | based in either the North of England or East Midlands
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Divisional Operations Director to join a leading and growing UK provider of Passive Fire Solutions.
We are looking for a commercially focused operational leader with strong Passive Fire Protection experience across both compartmentation and fire doors. You will take responsibility for operational performance across the division, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, profitably, on time and to the highest quality and can set and drive operational KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Build strong relationships with key clients and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support new and existing contracts.
- Mentor and develop Contract Managers and operational teams.
- Identify and proactively manage operational and commercial risk.
About You
You will be an experienced senior operational leader who can demonstrate:
- Strong Passive Fire Protection experience – compartmentation and fire doors is essential.
- A proven track record of delivering safe, high-quality and profitable contracts.
- Leadership of teams operating across multiple sites.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience of improving margins and performance.
- Excellent leadership, client relationship and communication skills.
- A results-driven approach with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
