Operations Director – Restaurant Group
Location: London with National Travel
Salary: Up to £160,000 + Bonus
I'm working with an exceptional hospitality business looking to appoint an Operations Director to join the executive team at a hugely exciting stage of its journey.
With a well-established UK estate, significant investment behind the business and ambitious growth plans, this is an opportunity to genuinely influence the next chapter. Reporting directly into the executive team, you'll lead operational performance across a substantial multi-site estate whilst helping shape strategy, build high-performing teams and create the foundations for continued expansion.
The Role:
- Lead the operational performance of a large multi-site restaurant estate, ensuring consistency, commercial success, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Work closely with the executive team to help shape the future direction of the business.
- Develop and inspire a team of senior operational leaders, creating a culture where people thrive and perform at their best.
- Partner with People, Finance, Property, Marketing, and Technology to ensure the business is set up for long-term success.
- Play a key role in new openings, business transformation, and strategic growth projects.
- Build scalable ways of working that support an ambitious and growing business.
- Be highly visible across the estate, supporting, coaching, and challenging teams to deliver their very best.

- An experienced Operations Director with a strong multi-site restaurant background across a large and complex estate.
