Operations Director
We have been instructed on a search for a well-known FM & Workplace services provider to appoint an Operations Director to lead a high-performing operational division delivering integrated facilities management solutions across the UK.
Our client delivers wide-ranging FM services across a diverse customer base, having secured a number of bids they are looking to further compliment their executive management team.
This is a strategic leadership role with full responsibility for operational delivery, commercial performance, client relationships, and business growth across a multi-site FM portfolio.

You’ll lead large operational teams, drive service excellence, and play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a national FM business unit
- Drive operational performance, profitability, and growth
- Manage key client relationships at senior level
- Deliver exceptional service standards across Hard & Soft FM contracts
- Lead commercial strategy, contract performance, and business improvement initiatives
- Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams
- Ensure compliance, governance, and HSE standards are consistently achieved

About You:
- Senior leadership experience within FM, Technical Services, or Support Services
- Strong commercial and operational background with P&L responsibility
- Proven track record managing large, complex FM contracts
- Experience driving growth, retention, and operational improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability
- Strategic mindset with strong people leadership skills
