Operations Director – Heritage Casual Dining
London | Hybrid
Up to £140,000 + Bonus + Benefits
I'm working with one of the UK's best-known hospitality brands on the search for an Operations Director to join the executive leadership team during an exciting period of growth and evolution.
This is a business with a strong heritage, an established national estate, and ambitious plans for the future. They are looking for an experienced operational leader who can balance strategy with execution, build high-performing teams, and create a culture of accountability, consistency, and commercial excellence across a multi-site operation.
This is a genuine executive-level opportunity where you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.

The Role
The role will include:
- Leading and developing a senior multi-site operations team.
- Driving commercial performance across a national estate.
- Taking full ownership of operational KPIs, P&L, labour, and profitability.
- Embedding operational excellence, consistency, and best practice.
- Improving customer experience and operational standards.
- Partnering with multiple support functions to deliver business strategy.
- Developing future leaders and strengthening succession planning.
- Supporting business transformation and future growth initiatives.
About You
We're looking to speak with candidates who have:
- Significant senior leadership experience within branded multi-site hospitality.
- A strong commercial background with full P&L accountability.
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed operational teams.
- A proven track record of improving performance, standards, and profitability.
- Experience delivering change, transformation, or business growth.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence at the executive level.
