Operations Director
Location: North Yorkshire (Hybrid)
Package: Circa £100k - £120k base + Car + bonus + comprehensive benefits
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to take charge of operations across our UK sites. You’ll own the P&L, drive efficiency, and build a unified model that works across north UK locations.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee financial performance, cost control, and value creation.
- Play a key role in integrating new acquisitions.
- Standardise processes across sites and fleets, ensuring compliance and safety.
- Lead and mentor divisional heads to deliver results and collaboration.
- Design a scalable operating framework to support future growth.

What we’re looking for:
- Senior operations leadership in food or agriculture.
- Experience managing multi-site UK operations, ideally with logistics or mobile fleets.
- Strong P&L management and lean improvement track record.
- Change leadership in high-growth or post-acquisition environments.
- A visible, practical leader who blends strategy with shop-floor presence.
- High emotional intelligence to unite teams and drive cultural alignment.
This is a hybrid role with regular travel across Scotland, Yorkshire, and other UK sites.
