Operations Director – Warehousing
Location: UK (Multi-site) – Doncaster based
Reporting to: Managing Director

Frasle Mobility is a global leader in the automotive aftermarket, supplying high-quality products and innovative solutions to customers worldwide. As our UK business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Operations Director to lead our multi-site warehousing and distribution operation, based at the Doncaster UK HQ.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an ambitious operations professional who thrives on delivering operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement across a complex distribution network.
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Group Leadership Team in Brazil, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our UK operations while ensuring alignment with the wider global business strategy.
The Opportunity
As Operations Director, you will provide strategic leadership across three UK warehouse and distribution sites, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety, compliance, and profitability.
Leading an experienced management team, you will be responsible for developing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, whilst supporting the ongoing growth and success of the UK business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and deliver the UK operational strategy aligned with global business objectives.
- Translate Group initiatives into successful operational delivery across all UK locations.
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Support business growth through effective capacity planning, scalability, and resource management.
Multi-Site Operations
- Provide leadership across three warehouse and distribution facilities.
- Ensure consistent operational standards, processes, and performance across all sites.
- Drive improvements in productivity, service, inventory accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvement plans where required.
- Ensure operational resilience and business continuity.

Financial & Commercial Management
- Own and manage operational budgets across the UK operation.
- Deliver annual operating plans and cost reduction initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and maximize profitability.
- Develop business cases for capital investment and operational improvements.
Supply Chain & Logistics
- Oversee warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution activities.
- Ensure optimum stock accuracy and product availability.
- Review freight contracts and supplier performance to deliver value and service improvements.
- Maintain full compliance with HMRC customs warehouse requirements.
- Oversee the Quality function, ensuring standards and deadlines are consistently achieved.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Lead a strong safety culture across all operational sites.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, customs, and legislative requirements.
- Maintain audit readiness and proactively manage operational risk.
Continuous Improvement
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable operational and financial benefits.
- Ensure systems and processes continue to support business growth.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the operational leadership team.
- Create a high-performance culture built on accountability, engagement, and collaboration.
- Partner with HR to attract, retain, and develop talented people across the operation.
About You

You'll bring:
- Significant senior leadership experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple warehouse or distribution sites.
- A strong track record of delivering operational improvements, cost efficiencies, and business growth.
- Experience managing operational budgets and financial performance.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and distribution operations.
- Experience leading large operational teams through senior management structures.
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
It would be advantageous if you also have:
- Experience within the automotive aftermarket, vehicle parts, manufacturing, or industrial distribution sectors.
- A degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
- Experience working within an international organization and reporting into overseas leadership teams.
