About AEQUIL®
Over the last decade, Founder Frédéric Roscop and the AEQUIL® team have built a body of scientific research, proprietary know-how, consumer products, and real-world applications around one central idea: The Science of Balance.
Today, AEQUIL® is developing an Intelligent Biophysics platform designed to support the foundational conditions from which living systems can regulate, adapt, and perform. We are now moving from a highly entrepreneurial, founder-led organization into the next stage: a disciplined, scalable organization capable of developing several significant commercial and scientific programs in parallel.
The Role
To make that transition successfully, we are looking for an exceptional Director of Operations to work across all of AEQUIL®, directly alongside our Founder and in close partnership with AEQUIL’s scientific/R&D, financial, commercial, and functional leadership.
This is not a conventional operations role. It is not an executive-assistant role, a project-management role, or a position designed simply to administer what already exists. We are looking for the person who can take a complex and ambitious vision and make it happen. For the right person, the role has the potential to evolve towards a broader COO position as AEQUIL® grows.
The Mission
- Execution & Coordination: Turn AEQUIL’s vision, opportunities, and strategic decisions into clear, coordinated, and measurable execution across all of AEQUIL®. Create the operating discipline that allows AEQUIL® to move quickly without becoming chaotic.
- Business Development & Conversion: Actively drive AEQUIL’s opportunity pipeline from first discussion through qualification, scientific and commercial assessment, POC, economics, agreement, and scale. Ensure opportunities do not remain just "interesting conversations."

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Cross-functional integration: Connect R&D/Science, IP, Regulatory, Finance, Commercialization, Marketing, Grants, Logistics, and Manufacturing to ensure priorities move together.
- Execution rhythm & Milestone discipline: Create effective weekly and monthly operating rhythms so problems are surfaced early and decisions are based on evidence and commercial logic.
