We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us! As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.
The Role
As the Director of Partnerships, you will occupy a pivotal, high-impact leadership position created to redefine how Arrive scales its market presence globally. Sitting within the Revenue organization and reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be empowered to architect and build a world-class partner ecosystem that serves as one of our primary engines for ambitious growth. You will be the catalyst that transforms us from a direct seller into an ecosystem leader.
This role will serve as Arrive’s global scout and architect for international expansion, including identifying high-leverage local incumbents and alliances, and defining the precise playbook for how we seamlessly land and expand in new geographic markets. You will look beyond standard referrals to build an interconnected network of alliances, global system integrator powerhouses, and complementary tech innovators—creating a "Force Multiplier" strategy that fundamentally elevates our win rates, de-risks expansion, and accelerates our penetration into untapped global markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
