Are you ready to shape the future of digital advertising on a global scale? If you thrive on building high-value, outcome-focused strategic relationships and want to be at the forefront of the programmatic revolution, your next career-defining move starts at VIOOH. As part of our global expansion, you will play a pivotal role in connecting leading media owners with buyers worldwide. You will guide partners through their programmatic DOOH transformation, navigating short-term operational priorities while unlocking long-term revenue growth. If you want to join an innovative, market-leading team where your strategic vision directly impacts our journey, we want to hear from you!
Location: London (Hybrid working applies, with a minimum of 20% of your time spent in our London office).
About the Role
As Strategic Partnerships Director, you will manage a key portfolio of media owner accounts across Southern Europe & Latin America. You will act as their trusted ambassador within VIOOH, taking ownership of the full partner lifecycle - from contract go-live, through Go-To-Market execution, to driving long-term programmatic revenue growth. By taking a hands-on, consultative approach, you will collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Demand teams to solve technical challenges, identify commercial opportunities, and optimize inventory performance. This role goes beyond account management; it requires a "helicopter view" to identify market gaps, provide actionable benchmarks, and advise on strategies that align with VIOOH's global expertise. To support partners across Southern Europe & LATAM time zones, you will bring flexibility to your working hours and be comfortable traveling across the region when required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
