Role Description
The Director of Partnerships at AIValueOS is a global role responsible for designing, leading, and expanding strategic partnerships with enterprises, institutions, and ecosystem collaborators. Day-to-day, this role identifies and evaluates partnership opportunities, builds and maintains executive-level relationships, and negotiates partnership structures that support adoption of AIValueOS across diverse environments.

The Director of Partnerships will collaborate closely with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align partner needs with platform capabilities and to create joint go-to-market plans.

This role also oversees partner performance, develops account growth strategies, and ensures that partnerships reinforce AIValueOS’s mission of sustainable, value-centric and human-centered AI governance intelligence.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex AI and governance concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in Strategic Partnerships and Strategic Planning, including building, structuring, and scaling high-impact collaborations.
- Entrepreneurial worth with proven Account Management capabilities, with a track record of nurturing long-term partner relationships and driving mutual value.
- Sales experience, including pipeline development, deal negotiation, and closing partnership agreements in B2B or enterprise contexts.
- Background in AI, data, governance, or enterprise software ecosystems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work autonomously in a globally dispersed and fully remote environment, collaborating across time zones and functions.
- Comfort operating in early-stage or fast-evolving environments, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Public Policy, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
