The Mission

At ITZA, we are on a mission to empower Gen Z and Gen Alpha to become lifelong, independent learners. We believe the future of education lies at the intersection of high-quality digital content and robust learning science. To fund, scale, and validate this global mission, we establish high-impact, strategic partnerships with international corporations, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and government bodies.

The Role: High-Impact Connection & Creative Brand Pitching

We are seeking a commercially astute, brand-sensitive Director of Partnerships. This senior role is responsible for the overall execution, relationship management, and success of our strategic accounts. You will ensure that corporate sponsors, NGOs, and public sector stakeholders receive maximum value from their relationship with ITZA, while acting as a creative guardian who can pitch our platform as the ultimate representative of the interests and ambitions of aspirational teenagers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Partnership & Sponsor Management: Nurture and manage key accounts, ensuring sponsors, high-profile NGOs, and commercial partners achieve strategic marketing, CSR, and engagement goals through ITZA's educational ecosystem.
  • Public Sector & Education Liaison: Liaise with the Scottish Government, key education bodies, and our internal school engagement team to expand ITZA’s footprint and build trusted relationships with Scottish schools.
  • Creative & Brand Coordination: In partnership with our Fractional Creative Director, oversee the co-branding, visual execution, and tone of partner campaigns, ensuring all collaborative work remains highly appealing to our youth audience.
  • Schools Support & Enablement: Provide high-quality support to school partners, bridging the gap between national curriculum needs, strategic sponsors, and the classroom context.

The Candidate Profile

  • Corporate & Partnership Experience: A proven track record of managing relationships with international corporations, digital marketing agencies, or tier-1 brands, with a solid grasp of how large sponsors evaluate ROI.
  • Branding & Teen Demographics: A native 'feel' for youth culture, branding, and design. You intuitively understand how to pitch the business so that it feels like a modern, aspirational space for teenagers, rather than a dry academic utility.
