Partnerships Director – EMEA (Remote-First, London/Chichester Hybrid)

Your Mission

As Linnworks accelerates growth across Europe and beyond, we seek a commercially driven, strategically minded partnerships leader to own and scale the EMEA partner ecosystem. This is a high-visibility senior role at the heart of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, demanding executive presence, a strong network, and credibility to represent Linnworks at the highest industry levels.

As Partnerships Director, you will fully account for the EMEA partner channel, including revenue contribution, strategic alliances, and portfolio health. You’ll represent Linnworks at key industry events, shape regional partnerships strategy, and lead a team (including a Senior Partner Manager, Associate Partner Manager, and Head of Partnerships NORAM), while providing cross-regional alignment.

What You’ll Own

PARTNERSHIP STRATEGY & REVENUE

  • Design and execute a high-impact commercial partnership strategy for EMEA, aligned with Linnworks’ market position and growth ambitions.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partner agreements that significantly contribute to Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
  • Build and manage a diverse partner portfolio (marketplaces, platforms, agencies, tech partners, consultancies).
  • Develop revenue-generating partner programmes and GTM propositions with measurable pipeline impact.

REGIONAL PRESENCE & REPRESENTATION

  • Represent Linnworks at EMEA industry events, conferences, and forums.
  • Cultivate senior-level relationships with strategic partners across the region.
  • Serve as the authoritative EMEA voice for partners, informing product, marketing, and sales strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
