The Role

You’ll be responsible for growing and activating IDX’s channel network - identifying new opportunities, developing existing relationships, and bringing sales and marketing activity, events, and training together to keep our partners engaged and generating results.

With clear commercial KPIs around referrals, pipeline, and revenue, this is a role where your relationships will directly contribute to IDX’s growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Directly drive revenue from channel partners by promoting IDX as the digital communications partner of choice.
  • Develop and implement a plan to broaden and deepen IDX's relationships with key channels.
  • Establish formal partnership agreements to encourage a consistent flow of referred business.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activity with key channel partners, primarily financial PR companies, stock exchanges, and technology partners.
  • Organise and promote IDX's channel training programme, building partner understanding of IDX's services and capabilities.
  • Track and report on the value of opportunities referred from channels and the revenue generated as a result.
  • Maintain and grow coverage across the channel network, meeting regularly with partners and expanding the number of active relationships each quarter.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure channel activity is well supported and properly followed up.

  • Experience of digital and/or corporate communications.
  • A good understanding of the corporate advisory services market.
  • Skilled at building rapport and senior-level relationships with clients and partners.
  • Target-oriented, and comfortable working towards a financial target.
  • An entrepreneurial approach to developing new business.
  • Able to focus and prioritise work, maintaining a high standard under pressure.
  • A strong work ethic and demonstrable commitment to getting the job done.
  • Confident presentation skills that instil trust and credibility with partners.
