Partnership Director
UK Wide | Hybrid
IGA Talent Solutions is supporting the appointment of a Partnership Director on behalf of a major UK institutional investment partnership overseeing circa £100bn of pension assets.
This is a unique opportunity to take on a highly visible leadership role at the centre of one of the UK's largest pension investment collaborations. Working across multiple pension funds and a regulated investment management business, you will help shape governance, build stakeholder alignment and support the delivery of long-term strategic objectives.
The role requires an individual who can build credibility with senior stakeholders, navigate complex governance environments and bring together organisations with different priorities to achieve shared outcomes.

Responsibilities include:
- Leading governance and stakeholder engagement activities across the partnership.
- Building relationships with senior officers, board members, elected representatives and advisers.
- Chairing and facilitating governance forums and partnership meetings.
- Acting as a key point of coordination between pension fund stakeholders and the investment management company.
- Supporting the partnership's response to regulatory change and industry developments.
- Driving continuous improvement across governance, communication and partnership effectiveness.
