Are you an experienced people leader with the vision, credibility and expertise to shape organisational culture and workforce strategy across a growing Multi Academy Trust?
The Marches Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional Director of People and Culture to lead the development and delivery of our People and Culture Strategy, ensuring we attract, develop and retain a high performing workforce dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.
As the Trust's lead HR professional, you will provide strategic leadership across workforce planning, organisational development, recruitment and retention, employee engagement, wellbeing and people services. Working closely with Executive Leaders, Trustees and Headteachers, you will act as a trusted adviser on complex people matters while leading the transition to a fully centralised function.

We are looking for a highly credible HR leader with significant senior level experience, strong expertise in employee relations and organisational change, and a proven track record of developing people strategies that deliver measurable impact. You will be an excellent communicator, a collaborative leader and passionate about creating a positive, inclusive and values led culture.
