The Director of People and Delivery will provide executive leadership to the integration of human resource management and organisational development (‘People’) function with delivery management, and IT and digital transformation, whilst ensuring operational efficiency to secure excellent outcomes for members, colleagues and the organisation.

This role requires experience of delivering organisational change through the leadership of HR, People, Talent or Organisational Development functions, as well as strong experience in planning and resource management of people, large-scale budgets and service delivery.

The successful candidate will be a proven senior leader who is self-aware and able to adapt approaches, have expertise in programmes and project management methodologies and commercial acumen, alongside having an awareness of the post-16 education landscape and what the implications are for Advance HE.
