Director of People, Culture and Experience
We are delighted to be supporting a highly successful and high-profile Charity, with the appointment of an Director of People, Culture and Experience.
This is a business critical appointment, and an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to become a trusted partner to the CEO of a dynamic, ambitious and fast-paced organisation with a strong presence across Wales.
This is much more than a traditional HR position. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO is able to operate at maximum effectiveness. We are looking for an HR Director who believes; how an organisation treats its people is central to the difference it makes.
This is an opportunity to shape the People Strategy, Support Leaders and build a culture where colleagues feel valued, heard and able to do their best work. You'll bring sound judgement, strong HR Leadership and a practical approach to balancing the needs of People and the Organisation.

About You
- Significant experience in a senior HR level HR/People Leadership experience and experience within operational, quality and safety focused organisations.
- Experience supporting a high-profile senior executive in a complex or fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across a broad portfolio of activity.
- Comfortable operating at Board Level.
- Ability to balance multiple competing priorities.
- Resilient under pressure.
- Absolute commitment to the Charities role modelling, values and helping others to do the same.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent judgement and the confidence to challenge or influence when appropriate.
- The ability to anticipate requirements and stay several steps ahead.
- Absolute discretion and experience handling highly confidential information.
- A calm, composed approach when working under significant pressure.
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- The ability to build credibility and relationships quickly with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to produce high-quality presentations and documents.
- A flexible and pragmatic approach, with the ability to adapt quickly when priorities change.
