Lead a transformation that will define the future of our College.

Our client’s focus is simple, delivering outstanding experiences and outcomes for their students. As they continue their ambitious transformation, the College are looking for an exceptional Director of People Strategy & Culture to join their newly formed Executive Leadership Team.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Principal, you'll work alongside senior executive colleagues to shape the strategic direction of the College. This is much more than a HR leadership role; you will be a visible, collaborative leader contributing across the whole organisation while driving a modern People Strategy that supports high performance, organisational transformation and educational excellence.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience of leading organisational change.
  • Proven track record of influencing at Executive or Board level.
  • Ability to develop high-performing teams.
  • Collaborative, credible, and resilient with the confidence to challenge, negotiate, and inspire others.
