We’re working with a growing independent digital agency to find a Director of Performance to join its senior leadership team.

The agency specialises in digital and social-led campaigns designed to drive action and measurable results for charity clients. Their work brings together paid social, creative, data and digital technology, delivering high-volume campaigns for purpose-led organisations across the UK and international markets.

This is a broad leadership role for someone who understands what makes digital campaigns perform and can bring together the people, thinking and disciplines needed to continually improve results.

You’ll need a strong understanding of paid social and digital acquisition, experience overseeing significant campaign budgets, and the ability to use data and insight to shape strategy.

You’ll have strategic oversight of a portfolio of client programmes, leading a multidisciplinary team across creative, digital and analytics while working closely with senior clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
