About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Director of Personal Growth Programs to help individuals and leaders develop the mindset, skills and strategies required to create greater professional success, personal growth and long-term career freedom.
This is a consultative role for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the challenges faced by ambitious professionals, and is passionate about helping others reach their potential.
You will work with clients and prospective clients to understand their goals, identify areas for development, and introduce them to relevant personal and leadership development programs, training and educational resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional conversations with individuals interested in personal and leadership development.
- Understand a client's current situation, goals, challenges and desired outcomes.
- Recommend appropriate development programs and learning pathways.
- Build trusted relationships with professionals, executives, entrepreneurs and emerging leaders.
- Facilitate conversations around leadership, mindset, personal effectiveness, career development and future opportunities.
- Support clients throughout their development journey.
- Participate in online training, workshops, webinars and live development events.
- Maintain professional follow-up and relationship management using CRM systems.
- Contribute to business development, client acquisition and program growth.
- Continuously develop your own leadership, communication and consulting capabilities.

Who We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in people with experience in:
- Leadership development
- Learning & development
- Coaching or mentoring
- Consulting
- Sales or business development
- Human resources
- Training and facilitation
- Executive or professional services
- Entrepreneurship or business ownership
You don't necessarily need a traditional coaching qualification. Relevant professional experience, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in personal growth are highly valued.
What You'll Need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- A consultative approach to working with people.
- Professionalism and confidence when communicating with senior professionals.
- A growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Zoom, CRM systems and online learning platforms.
- Previous experience in sales, consulting, training, coaching or leadership is advantageous.
