We have a fantastic career opportunity for an Experienced Pre-Contract or Commercial Manager to head up the pre-contract commercial teams within a well established Civil Engineering / Highway Infrastructure services business, based in the North London / Hertfordshire region.

The successful candidate will manage the commercial and estimating process from receipt of tender documentation to settlement and submission and undertake a commercial appraisal of tender opportunities, highlighting key risks and opportunities to the Senior Leadership Team.

The role would ideally suit an experienced Commercial or Pre-Contract Manager, with specific exposure to the road construction or highway maintenance / motorway infrastructure management sectors.
