A defining leadership opportunity. A legacy worth building.

Some appointments maintain an organisation. Others help define what it becomes. We believe this is one of those appointments.

Shropdoc is a clinician-founded, not-for-profit social enterprise with more than thirty years of trusted, high-quality urgent primary care behind it, a clear strategy and ambitious plans for growth. We are now investing in exceptional executive leadership to shape our future, and we are appointing a Director of Primary Care to help write the next chapter.

The role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer as a full member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will provide executive leadership for the delivery, growth and transformation of our integrated urgent and primary care portfolio. You will help shape organisational strategy, develop outstanding leaders, strengthen strategic partnerships and build the operational capability to support sustainable growth. This is a role for someone who wants to build, not simply inherit.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
