Director of Product

We’re looking for an exceptional Director of Product to lead the creation of a new generation of intelligent digital experiences for a leading B2C marketplace with 2m+ regular visitors per month.

Working closely with the exec leadership team, you’ll define what the future customer experience could look like when AI, automation, personalisation and recommendation technology sit at the heart of the product.

From smarter discovery and highly personalised journeys to intelligent recommendations and automated experiences, you’ll turn emerging technology into products that customers genuinely want to use, and that deliver measurable commercial impact.

The role in more detail

You’ll take ownership of a strategically important product area, working across Product, Engineering, Data, AI, Design and Commercial teams to move from idea → proposition → MVP → scale.

  • You’ll define the product vision and strategy for a new suite of intelligent digital experiences.
  • You’ll identify where AI, machine learning, automation and customer data can fundamentally improve how customers discover, choose and interact with the marketplace.
  • You’ll lead products from concept through discovery, validation, MVP and launch, creating momentum rather than waiting for perfect information.
  • You’ll work closely with Engineering and Data teams on areas including recommendation engines, intelligent search, personalisation, predictive experiences and agentic/AI-powered customer journeys.
  • You’ll also bring together senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Data, Marketing, CRM and Commercial around a clear set of customer and business outcomes.
  • Most importantly, you’ll ensure innovation turns into real products, real customer adoption and real commercial value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
