Salary

Competitive package, which will vary depending on level of experience

Hera has partnered with an ambitious, fast-scaling B2C brand that is entering an exciting new chapter. They're looking for a Product Director to lead their product team and turn bold ideas into real customer and commercial impact.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You'll set how product works across the business while staying close to the detail, shaping customer propositions that go live quickly and move the numbers.

Why This Opportunity

  • Scale and backing: A commercially strong B2C business with the appetite and resources to make bold product bets.
  • Strategic influence: Work closely with the executive team and shape product and commercial decisions at the highest level.
  • Real impact: Lead a product loved by a large, loyal customer base, where ideas go live in weeks, not quarters.
  • Culture: A lean, collaborative team that values experimentation, pace and craft.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, raising the bar on product craft and discipline.
  • Set product ways of working, roadmapping and reporting across the team.
  • Stay hands-on by leading a squad directly, matched to your strengths.
  • Shape customer-facing propositions across acquisition, conversion, retention and monetisation.
  • Make confident, commercially grounded calls, knowing when to test and when to back an idea.
  • Partner with engineering, design, finance and senior leadership to bring product strategy to life.

The Two Non-Negotiables

  • Strong proposition and product marketing instincts: You know customers don't have much time, and you can turn an idea into something that excites them and goes live within weeks. Your experience is in customer-facing B2C products rather than B2B or internal tools.
  • Commercial and monetisation experience: You've worked meaningfully on retention economics, upsell, cross-sell or pricing, and you understand how product decisions drive revenue.
