Director / Senior Director of Product Management

London | Hybrid, 50% office-based
£160,000–£180,000 + 20% bonus

I’m working exclusively with a global B2B SaaS business looking for a senior product leader to bring six established products together into one connected, AI-powered Ethics & Compliance suite.

It’s a genuinely interesting mix of product challenges: evolving legacy products, building new propositions from scratch and creating an agentic intelligence layer that helps senior compliance leaders understand and act on the overall health of their organisation.

The initial strategy has been agreed, but this isn’t simply a delivery role. You’ll own how that strategy evolves, lead the roadmap and carry responsibility for the commercial performance of the portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll also lead and develop a team of five Product Managers, bringing them together around one clear proposition and helping each product become part of a coherent, interoperable suite.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Built and shipped customer-facing AI assistants or agentic products into production
  • Led a portfolio of B2B enterprise SaaS products
  • Taken new products from early development through to launch, adoption and commercial growth
  • Brought separate or legacy products together into a connected platform or suite
  • Owned outcomes across revenue, adoption, usage and customer value
  • Led and developed Product Managers
  • Operated across both startup or scale-up environments and larger organisations
  • The presence and communication skills to influence senior executives and challenge constructively

Experience within risk, compliance, governance or another regulated environment would be useful, but it isn’t essential.

This won’t suit someone whose experience has mainly been internal platforms, infrastructure or individual features. They need someone with genuine ownership of customer-facing products and the commercial outcomes behind them.

It’s a high-profile role with executive backing, regular exposure to the C-suite and the opportunity to shape an important new product category.

If it sounds relevant, message me directly or email [email address]. Happy to share the full details confidentially.
