Director of Product Management - Data & AI

Department: Development North

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: London, UK

Description

At Gentrack, we're building the next generation of intelligent utility software. We're looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our Data & AI Platform strategy and roadmap. This role will define the shared intelligence foundation powering analytics, predictive intelligence, AI-assisted operations, agentic automation, and future AI innovation across our product portfolio.

You'll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and AI to build platform capabilities that help utility retailers operate smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

This is a highly strategic leadership role requiring both long-term vision and hands-on product execution.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Gentrack's Data & AI Platform.
  • Lead the evolution of a shared intelligence layer serving both Gentrack products and customer AI ecosystems.
  • Drive capabilities across data integration, analytics, predictive intelligence, AI execution, and agentic automation.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, AI specialists, and Product leaders.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their data and AI strategies and translate them into platform capabilities.
  • Establish success metrics and measure business impact, platform adoption, and customer value.
  • Influence executive stakeholders on investment priorities and strategic direction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
