We’re reinventing payments.

If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.

In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK.

Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing. Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.

But we’re just getting started. Our people are the driving force behind our success.

They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage.

We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive.

The results take care of themselves.

The role

This is an exciting time to join Dojo.

We’re on a mission to power the experience economy, and we’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to bring our products and services to life.

With over 100 of Europe’s best engineers dreaming up new ways to solve customer problems, you will lead the development and execution of our go-to-market strategies.

Your role is to shape our product narrative, defining messaging and value propositions for everything from payments hardware to data products.

You'll ensure every new feature is born from sharp customer insights and can be backed by clear, value-based metrics.

Leading a team of specialist product marketing managers, you’ll set the path for success by championing our customers, driving business impact, and building a brand identity that cuts through the noise.

What you will do...

  • Develop and execute data-driven, outcome-oriented go-to-market strategies, defining everything from audience and messaging to sales enablement.
  • Use industry research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify and validate market requirements, partnering closely with our Insights team.
  • Create and drive GTM roadmaps and flawless launch executions in collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations.
  • Differentiate Dojo from the competition with effective messaging and positioning, translating these into compelling assets and sales materials.
  • Implement a measurement framework with our data teams to track and drive product adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers who partner closely with Product leaders on strategy and execution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve the in-life customer experience through effective product education and adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to shape and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
