We may close this vacancy earlier than the advertised closing date if we receive a high volume of applications or identify suitable candidates through our sourcing activities. We therefore encourage interested applicants to submit their application as early as possible.

At TTC, we are Enriching lives by connecting people and places. For over 100 years, we have been bringing the world closer together by creating journeys that build lasting memories, friendships and meaningful cultural connections. Across more than 70 countries and our award-winning brands, our people make every journey possible.

This is your opportunity to help shape the digital products and technology experiences that support Trafalgar and Contiki, two of our leading global Touring brands.

THE ROLE

As Director of Product, you will set the product direction for Touring, with a focus on Trafalgar and Contiki. This is a global leadership role at the point where brand ambition, customer experience and technology come together. You will head up a team of Product domain experts and bring clarity to a broad portfolio spanning websites, booking journeys, customer portals, travel agent and contact centre experiences, and the platforms that connect them. Working closely with brand leaders, enterprise architecture and our engineering teams in Poland, you will build a more product-led organisation and turn complex priorities into a focused roadmap that delivers visible value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
