Role title: Director of Propositions, Packaging and Partnerships
Reporting to: Director of Strategy and Propositions Sky TV & NOW
Direct reports: 4 x Direct Reports, Team Size of 15-20
This role will be offered as an initial FTC / Secondment parental cover lasting approx. 15 months.
The Role
This role sits within the Consumer Revenue Group in our TV team, which looks after both Sky TV and NOW.
Responsible for leading and defining the TV plans across Sky and NOW for the future pricing & packaging (P&P) and partnerships. Owning this across all our TV packages and products, including content (Entertainment, Cinema, Kids and Sport) and experience (UHD, Multiroom, Ad Skip). Defining the vision for the future of the TV business, with sustainable and robust plans to bring this to life.
Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities
The Consumer team at Sky are looking for a leader to head up the Packaging and Partnerships Propositions team across Sky and NOW, working collaboratively to define the roadmap and future plans for these areas. Your remit will require you to work closely with multiple senior stakeholders across the business, and demonstrate an ability to challenge the status quo.
Key Duties
- Propositions strategy, pricing & packaging – Define the long-term strategy and propositions plan for Sky and NOW TV growth. Lead on the development of product and proposition strategies, in line with business objectives and underpinned by customer, market & competitor insights.
- Partnerships – consumer group owner for key packaging partnerships for Sky and NOW, across content providers (e.g. Netflix, HBO Max, Paramount+), distribution partners (e.g. EE), and propositional partners (e.g. Vue). Working collaboratively to define the future plans and opportunities to evolve and improve the partnerships, as well as exploring new partnerships for Sky and NOW
- Go to Market Strategy – Lead and influence key stakeholders (inc. partners) to ensure propositions can be implemented, sold effectively and have a strong Go-To-Market plan. You will build strong relationships at all levels in teams across functions (marketing, commercial, digital, trading, RTMs, technology)

Relationships And Team
- Strong collaboration with various teams / departments across the matrix organisation to enable strategy and plans – eCommerce, Content, Partnerships, Product, Commercial, CSG etc…
- People and team leadership – lead and develop a forward-thinking team to achieve these goals and get the best from the excellent individuals who will work for you, helping them to find creative and pragmatic solutions
- TV champion – good understanding of wider market and business challenges. Able to motivate and inspire junior professionals but be a trusted voice amongst peers and senior leaders.
Minimum Requirements
- Significant experience developing and delivering proposition, pricing, packaging or commercial strategies that drive business growth.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a complex organisation.
- Track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional programmes and change initiatives.
- Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships and commercial relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, balancing customer, market and business objectives to drive measurable outcomes.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving decision-making across a matrix organisation.
- Experience working closely with Product, Technology and Commercial teams to translate strategy into execution.
