Are you an experienced healthcare quality leader ready to shape quality, patient safety, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness across an entire hospital?
We’re seeking a Director of Quality Improvement to provide strategic and operational leadership for hospital-wide quality and patient safety programs. This role sits at the intersection of clinical quality, performance improvement, data, accreditation, and executive leadership, with a direct opportunity to strengthen outcomes and build a lasting culture of safety.

What You’ll Lead:
- Provide strategic direction for Quality, Performance Improvement, and Patient Safety programs across the hospital
- Lead the integration of quality improvement activities across medical staff and hospital-wide teams
- Establish and monitor quality improvement priorities aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee quality data management, reporting, integrity, validity, and reliability
- Lead and develop the Quality/PI department and its staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in an inpatient-care-related field
- Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement experience
- Active professional license/registration as required by applicable law and policy
- CPHQ certification, or eligibility and willingness to obtain CPHQ within 2 years
- Demonstrated experience leading hospital-wide quality and performance improvement initiatives
