Director of Quantitative Operations

London - Hybrid | Up to £100,000 + bonus + benefits

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a Quantitative Research Operations professional looking to lead a sizeable function within a respected healthcare insights business. With responsibility for a large project portfolio and a team of operational leaders, you'll have real influence over strategy, delivery, and future growth.

The Role

  • Lead the Quantitative Operations team and drive operational performance
  • Oversee project delivery, resource planning, utilisation, and quality standards
  • Manage a significant portfolio of quantitative research projects
  • Develop and mentor team members while supporting succession planning
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across client services, sales, and finance
  • Act as a senior escalation point for operational and client-related matters
  • Drive process improvement, efficiency, and best practice initiatives

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in Quantitative Research Operations
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or healthcare market research environments
  • Proven leadership experience across teams, projects, and budgets
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Commercially minded with a focus on operational excellence and profitability
  • Experience improving processes and driving performance within a fast-paced environment
