Director of Quantitative Operations

£100,000 + bonus | London - x2 days a week

A leading specialist research business is looking for a Director of Quantitative Operations to take ownership of a high-performing operational function and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

This is a senior leadership opportunity, responsible for team performance, operational delivery, resource planning, and client satisfaction, with oversight of a significant portfolio of projects.

  • Lead and develop a sizeable team
  • Improve processes and ways of working
  • Ensure high standards of delivery
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with senior leadership on commercial performance, growth, and longer-term departmental strategy

We're looking for an experienced Quantitative Research Operations professional, ideally from a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or wider market research/insights environment. Strong people leadership, client management, organisational skills, and commercial awareness are key.
