About Unseen
Unseen combines assessment technology, candidate engagement, psychometric design and recruitment support solutions to help employers deliver fair, data-driven, high-impact recruitment experiences and insights.
We are entering the next stage of growth, building a broader recruitment solutions capability that combines deep recruitment expertise with Unseen’s technology, assessment and candidate engagement products.
Our Recruitment Solutions team delivers complex recruitment programmes for enterprise employers, particularly across early careers and high-volume recruitment.
The Role
As Director of Recruitment Solutions, you will lead the delivery of Unseen’s recruitment programmes and build a consistent, scalable and technology-enabled recruitment delivery model across the Group.
Reporting to the Group CCO, you will lead our Recruitment Solutions delivery teams and work closely with client stakeholders and Unseen’s commercial, product, technology and assessment functions.
This is a hands-on delivery and transformation role, focussed on delivering excellent client and candidate outcomes, improving operational performance and building a recruitment delivery model that can scale as Unseen grows. You will ensure that client recruitment programmes are delivered to a consistently high standard while improving how they are designed, implemented and managed.
A central part of the role will be embedding Unseen’s technology, assessment and candidate engagement capabilities into recruitment delivery. You will help move delivery away from fragmented and manual processes towards a more standardised model supported by software, automation, AI and data.
There is also a commercial component to this role, working closely with sales and renewal teams to identify opportunities with key clients to cross-sell, upsell and include Unseen’s other products and services, as well as support with progressing opportunities where relevant.
This is hybrid role that will require regular presence in our London office in Old Street.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Programme Delivery
- Take overall responsibility for the quality and consistency of Unseen’s recruitment delivery
- Ensuring our recruitment solutions are delivered on time, within budget and achieving consistently high levels of profitability
- Ensure client programmes are delivered to the highest of service levels and expectations
- Establish clear governance, accountability and performance management across programmes
- Lead and support Recruitment Solutions teams in resolving operational challenges and managing delivery risks
- Ensure the candidate experience remains fair, consistent and high quality throughout the recruitment process
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as an escalation point for important delivery matters
- Ensure programmes are appropriately resourced and teams have the support required to perform effectively
- Work closely with the commercial team to ensure proposed solutions can be implemented and delivered successfully
Technology-Enabled Delivery
- Adopt a technology-first, data-driven approach to recruitment delivery
- Map existing client workflows and identify opportunities to improve them through Unseen’s technology
- Work with product and technology teams to embed candidate engagement, assessment, interviewing, video, automation and reporting capabilities into live programmes
- Identify manual, repetitive or fragmented activities that can be standardised or automated
- Use AI agents and digital tools to improve delivery quality, productivity, reporting and the candidate experience
- Lead technology adoption across Recruitment Solutions teams
- Ensure technology is introduced in a way that supports, rather than disrupts, existing client programmes
- Measure the impact of technology on delivery performance, client outcomes and operational efficiency
- Translate practical delivery requirements into clear priorities for Unseen’s product and technology teams

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
