About the Role
River Advisers is seeking an experienced regulatory engineering professional to support its global portfolio of satellite and space clients. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role encompasses ITU satellite filings, frequency coordination, interference studies and international regulatory engagement. The successful candidate will work across GSO and NGSO systems, supporting established satellite operators and emerging space missions.
The Company
River Advisers is a global satellite and space regulatory consultancy specialising in spectrum management, ITU filings, licensing, regulatory strategy and commercial market access. Formerly known as ManSat, the business has evolved into a specialist advisory firm supporting satellite operators, telecommunications businesses, governments and emerging space companies. River Advisers combines technical expertise with commercial and regulatory insight. Its work spans traditional satellite communications, direct-to-device connectivity, non-terrestrial networks, in-orbit servicing and lunar missions.

To Be Successful, You'll Need:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience of the ITU filing process for satellite services and frequency coordination, including use of ITU BR and Transfinite Visualyse software.
- Extensive knowledge of the ITU Radio Regulations, Recommendations, and Resolutions.
