Director of Residential Services
Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS)
$90K-$92K Annual Salary
What You Do:
The Director of ACCS Residential Services will provide direct supervision and oversight of all residential services in the ACCS (Adult Community Clinical Services) GLEs. This will include overseeing the treatment and clinical documentation in compliance with the Department of Mental Health Rehab Option standards.
Who You Are:
- A master’s degree with independent licensure (LICSW, LCSW or LMHC), or license eligible
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience of at least 3 years is required.
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and partner with senior leadership.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of evidenced-based practices and modalities in mental health treatment.
- Must possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Must have a commitment to cultural competence and trauma-informed care.

A dedicated team of professionals who have chosen to join an organization with a forty year history of serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury and autism in the community. When we’re not at work, we love to hike, bike, craft, read, shop and sing opera, among many other things! Our staff of 350 have a range of interests and skills and we know you do too! At work, we’re psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, nurses, behavior specialists, peer specialists, board certified behavior analysts, direct service staff, and employment specialists.
