Director of Revenue Cycle
About The Role:
Responsible for the overall revenue cycle process from patient registration, insurance verification, and coding to billing, payment posting, and collections. Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and payer-specific billing requirements. Manages relationships with insurance payers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely response. Train and mentor revenue cycle staff ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards. Works closely with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to align revenue strategies with patient care. Oversee the accounts payable process for the facility.

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
- A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field.
