Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this is a key executive appointment with responsibility for the strategic leadership of the airline's Revenue Management and Network & Scheduling functions.

The mandate is centred on Revenue Management, with Network & Scheduling forming the other key component of the portfolio. The successful executive will lead the continued development of these functions, strengthening commercial frameworks, optimising performance and shaping the airline's future revenue and network strategy.

The Director will provide strategic leadership across:

  • Revenue Management, pricing and yield optimisation
  • Network planning and scheduling
  • Demand forecasting and commercial performance
  • Route, capacity and revenue optimisation
  • Commercial planning, reporting and forecasting
  • Leadership and development of established Revenue and Network teams
  • Cross-functional collaboration with operational and commercial leadership

The successful candidate will inherit established teams responsible for operational delivery, with the Director providing the direction, structure and leadership required to take the function to its next stage of development.

Executive Profile

We are interested in speaking with senior airline commercial executives from across the UK and Europe who can demonstrate:

  • Significant leadership experience within airline Revenue Management
  • Strong expertise across pricing, yield, forecasting and revenue optimisation
  • Meaningful experience or exposure to Network Planning and/or Scheduling
  • Leadership of established commercial teams
  • Strong commercial, analytical and financial judgement
  • Experience shaping strategy, improving commercial frameworks and driving measurable performance
  • The ability to operate effectively within a dynamic and evolving airline environment

The opportunity will particularly suit an executive attracted by the ability to influence, build and shape, rather than simply inherit and maintain an established model.

Remuneration

£100,000–£110,000 base salary + up to 25% annual bonus

A broader package of executive benefits is provided, and there is flexibility to consider exceptional candidates outside the stated base salary range.

Hybrid working with relocation support available. Candidates currently based elsewhere in the UK or Europe are encouraged to apply.

Permanent appointment preferred, although exceptional interim executives may also be considered where there is a clear and measurable short-term mandate.
