We're looking for someone who has successfully helped a product-led SaaS business evolve beyond an SMB customer base by building scalable, sales-assisted growth engines. You'll bring experience creating outbound sales programmes, developing strategic partnerships and channel ecosystems, and driving account growth through a structured account planning and long-term customer relationships. This is a leadership role for someone who can shape commercial strategy while building a high-performing, coaching-led sales culture.
It's a fantastic time to join us. Following our recent investment, we're entering an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced commercial leader to help shape our future.
Who We Are
We’re Signable, a Bristol-based SaaS company that’s been helping businesses send, sign, and manage documents digitally since 2007. Today, thousands of teams across the UK and beyond trust our eSignature platform, including Aardman, Co-op, Octopus Energy, Krispy Kreme, and Regatta.
There’s never been a more exciting time to join Signable. Following a multi-million-pound investment from BGF, we’re entering a new phase of growth. This investment will help us accelerate product development, invest in new technologies, and create new opportunities across the business. Plus, as we grow, every person who joins us will have the chance to influence our direction, make a meaningful impact, and help shape our future.
But while we’re expanding, we’re still committed to holding onto what makes Signable special: our people, our culture, and the way we work together.
With a 4.8/5 rating on Glassdoor, genuine flexibility, and a culture built on trust and belonging, we aim to be a place where people can grow and feel supported to do their best work.
We’re a values-driven, people-first team, and we’re proud to be recognised by Great Place to Work® as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026, ranking #5 in the Small Organisations category. We’ve also been recognised as a UK Best Workplace for Development™ 2026 and recently won the Bristol Life Technology Award 2026.
What We Do
We’re not just a tech company. We’re a collaborative team who listen, learn, and make things better together. Whether we’re improving product features, experimenting with new capabilities, or evolving how we work, we stay focused on creating meaningful experiences for our customers and our team.
We’re building for a future where digital signing is always human, helpful and within reach. With ambitious plans for growth, we’re looking for people who want to create, collaborate, and make a real impact for our customers and our team.
If this sounds like you, now is a great time to get involved.
About The Role
You'll own the overall sales strategy and work closely with senior leadership to define how Signable grows beyond its existing customer base. You'll identify new commercial opportunities and build the programmes needed to support sustainable growth, including outbound sales, strategic partnerships, channel and referral programmes, account-based sales, and customer expansion strategies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to accelerate both new business acquisition and expansion revenue. You'll establish structured account planning, increase customer lifetime value, identify opportunities for multi-year agreements, and ensure our highest-value customers have clear commercial growth plans. Alongside this, you'll build strategic partnerships and channel programmes that become meaningful, repeatable revenue streams for the business.
You'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, supporting the team on key opportunities while building a high-performing sales function. Working from company-level revenue objectives and OKRs, you'll translate these into clear KPIs, establish performance frameworks, and use data and commercial insight to deliver predictable pipeline growth and revenue.
What You Will Be Doing
Shape our sales strategy and growth
You'll own the overall sales strategy and work closely with senior leadership to define how Signable grows beyond its existing customer base.
You'll identify where new commercial opportunities exist, determine which sales motions to build, and create the foundations required for sustainable growth. This will include developing outbound sales programmes, building and scaling strategic partnerships, referral and channel programmes, introducing account-based sales strategies, creating account growth and expansion strategies for existing customers, and ensuring Sales and Marketing work together towards shared pipeline and revenue goals.
Grow strategic partnerships and customer revenue
You'll take ownership of customer expansion revenue, working closely with Customer Success to develop account planning frameworks, increase customer lifetime value, drive multi-year agreements where appropriate, and maximise commercial opportunities across our existing customer base.
You'll also own the development of our partnerships strategy, identifying, securing and growing strategic technology, referral and channel partnerships that create long-term commercial value. You'll establish scalable partner programmes, build executive relationships, and ensure partnerships become a significant contributor to future revenue growth.
Lead and develop a high-performing team
You'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, helping shape the future of our go-to-market approach while creating a high-performance sales culture built around coaching, accountability and continuous improvement. You'll support, develop and inspire your team, helping individuals reach their potential while creating an environment where performance, collaboration and customer outcomes go hand in hand.
Drive commercial performance
You'll be provided with company-level revenue objectives and OKRs by the Board and leadership team and will be responsible for translating these into clear, measurable sales KPIs and targets.
You'll own forecasting, commercial governance and revenue planning, ensuring the business has accurate pipeline visibility, reliable forecasts and meaningful commercial insight to support strategic decision-making. Using performance data and commercial judgement, you'll establish the operating rhythms, reporting and accountability frameworks needed to drive predictable pipeline generation, conversion and revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities

- Establish the sales processes, operating rhythms and performance frameworks needed to deliver predictable, scalable growth.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to improve the customer journey and maximise commercial performance.
