This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Sales based in United Kingdom.

As Director of Sales, you’ll lead business development and revenue growth across the Middle East, with a strong focus on enterprise and high-growth organizations.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and winning new accounts to expanding strategic customer relationships over the long term.

The role combines hands-on selling with executive-level relationship building, requiring both commercial drive and strong strategic judgment.

You’ll build a high-quality pipeline, manage accurate forecasts, and consistently work toward ambitious revenue objectives.

Working closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams, you’ll help shape compelling go-to-market strategies and customer propositions.

You’ll represent the organization in senior client discussions, industry events, and strategic business conversations across the region.

This is a highly visible opportunity to directly influence regional growth within a fully remote, international, and entrepreneurial environment.

Accountabilities

  • Identify, pursue, negotiate, and close new enterprise and mid-market client accounts across the Middle East.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and account development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, technology leaders, and other key decision-makers.
  • Expand existing customer relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development.
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline aligned with regional growth objectives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, track pipeline health, and proactively address potential gaps against revenue targets.
  • Partner with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to develop compelling go-to-market strategies and customer propositions.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and executive-level discussions.
  • Identify market opportunities, emerging customer needs, and potential strategic accounts across the Middle East.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue objectives, and other relevant commercial KPIs.
  • Contribute market knowledge and customer feedback to broader commercial and go-to-market strategy.
  • Operate as a senior commercial representative, helping strengthen market presence and accelerate regional growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
