Role Description
The Director of Sales and Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Reading, responsible for leading revenue growth and strategic expansion for Wills Security Services Ltd. This role is to develop the sales processes and reporting to drive consistent results. The director leads business development initiatives, identifies new markets and partnership opportunities, and designs tailored proposals for security solutions across residential, commercial, and event sectors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Managing key client relationships
- Supporting high-quality customer service
- Forecasting sales
- Collaborating with operations on service delivery
- Aligning sales strategies with overall business objectives
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Proven Business Development experience in identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding market presence.
- Driving accountability for targets.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Experience in the security or related services industry is highly beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work on-site in Reading and collaborate closely with operations and management teams.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic data analysis to support decision-making.
