The platform offers detailed reconciliation reporting and robust payment processing data, supporting informed financial decision-making. KalpixPay focuses on simplifying complex payment flows and empowering businesses to manage transactions with greater control and transparency.

Role Description

The Director of Sales and Business Development is a full-time, hybrid role based in the United Kingdom. This role is responsible for leading sales strategy, driving new business acquisition, and expanding existing client relationships within the payments and financial technology sector. The Director will oversee sales operations, coach and support the sales and business development team, and ensure high-quality customer service and account management. The role also involves:

  • Identifying strategic partnerships
  • Representing KalpixPay at industry events
  • Providing market feedback to influence product development and company growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated Business Development experience, including identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and closing complex deals.
  • Background in Customer Service, with the ability to maintain long-term client relationships and support key accounts.
  • Team Management experience, including leading and developing high-performing sales and business development teams.
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is highly beneficial.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
