About Auxaura

At Auxaura, we believe in challenging the status quo and using technology to genuinely improve the way our customers work.

We are a modern technology and managed services partner delivering IT, cloud, cybersecurity, communications, and workforce solutions to businesses across the UK and internationally. With operational delivery centres in South Africa and a growing global footprint, we combine enterprise-grade capability with agile, commercially focused service delivery.

As we continue our next stage of growth, we are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Head of Growth to help accelerate our UK expansion.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional sales role.

We are looking for someone who wants the opportunity to help shape and build a growth strategy within a scaling MSP and technology business — someone commercially confident, self-sufficient, and capable of opening doors through both existing relationships and proactive business development.

You should ideally already have an established network (“black book”) of contacts within the UK IT/MSP market and be comfortable engaging with decision-makers across SMB and mid-market organisations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
