The Director of Sales & Customer Growth at AllPoints Fibre will be a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, responsible for leading our wholesale sales organisation, accelerating revenue growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and helping shape the future direction of one of the UK's most exciting fibre and connectivity businesses.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll own the sales strategy, customer growth agenda, retention performance, and revenue delivery across our wholesale channels. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-impact commercial function while influencing business strategy, product direction and customer success at executive level.

What you'll be doing
Lead revenue growth
- Own and deliver the wholesale sales strategy across APFN.
- Drive sustainable growth through customer acquisition, retention and expansion.
- Deliver revenue, margin and commercial performance targets.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales organisation focused on accountability and results.
Own strategic customer growth
- Develop executive-level relationships with key customers and partners.
- Drive strategic account development and maximise customer lifetime value.
- Lead initiatives to reduce churn and increase wallet share.
- Ensure contracted commitments are realised and commercial opportunities are fully leveraged.
Shape market presence
- Represent APFN across the telecoms and wholesale connectivity sector.
- Develop strategic partnerships, alliances and routes to market.
- Build APFN's profile within the industry through networking, customer engagement and thought leadership.
Influence business strategy
- Act as the voice of the customer across the organisation.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Technology and Operations teams.
- Contribute to corporate strategy and business planning as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Help shape future propositions, investments and growth opportunities.
About you
You'll be an established commercial leader with a proven track record of delivering growth within telecommunications, connectivity, fibre, network infrastructure or adjacent technology markets.
You will likely have experience:
- Leading senior sales teams and high-value customer portfolios.
- Developing and executing successful commercial growth strategies.
- Managing complex enterprise or wholesale customer relationships.
- Closing and growing strategic accounts at executive level.
- Building partnerships that create long-term commercial value.
- Delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth.
