Job Title: Senior Director of Sales, EMEA
Locations: Must be located in UK or Ireland

As we expand our journey of international expansion, we are looking for a Director (or Sr. Director) of Sales, EMEA to accelerate growth with our direct to retail and distributor network.
Reporting into the Vice President of International Sales, EMEA you will partner on the strategic development of key accounts and markets across our core and licensed portfolio of brands.
What You'll Do:
- Drive sales efforts focused on distribution and market share gain in assigned territories and channels.
- Create strategic product presentations and lead all retail-facing meetings, acting as major interface to retail merchants and distributor partners.
- Manage and report business results including volume, net sales, profit, and margins.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the customers and how to unlock Horizon’s potential.
- Build a strong brand portfolio and product knowledge.
- Cultivate and maintain revenue-driving business relationships with all customers in the designated territory.
- Manage distributors as necessary within network.
- Provide analysis and direction of assortment strategy, partnering with merchandising teams.
- Provide market research and feedback from clients to attain improvements to existing products and also the need for products that meet market economics, tastes, and wants.
- Work cross-functionally with data management, supply chain, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of active PO’s and replenishment orders.
- Interact with, and provide strategic updates, to key licensed partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned by VP.

What You’ll Bring:
- Must have demonstrated Sales experience with retailers in the EMEA region.
- Experience in the toys and/or activity crafts industry is highly preferred.
- Must be a sales “hunter” – an individual that thrives on gaining new customers.
- Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Strong managerial, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Highly collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills (written/oral) as well as excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to perform under difficult or extreme customer situations.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a given time.
- Additional European languages a benefit but not essential.
- Must be based in either UK or Ireland and comfortable with some travel.
