Ready to take your career to the next level?
Skai is looking for the best and the brightest to join our rapidly growing team. We're proud of our industry-leading digital marketing software but we're even prouder of the people behind it. That's where you come in!
Our work environment is fast-paced and entrepreneurial and we always do whatever it takes to delight our customers.
About the Role
Skai is growing our world-class sales team. We are seeking a Director of Sales who will be responsible for generating net new revenue with brand advertisers and marketers across the EMEA region, building long-term strategic partnerships, and increasing Skai's market share and reputation. Reporting to the EMEA Regional VP of Sales, s/he will be expected to exceed revenue goals by planning and executing successful sales campaigns with some of the world's leading brands.
Skai's platform is evolving beyond traditional media optimisation into agentic marketing — giving brands the data, tools and infrastructure to build AI-driven workflows on top of Skai. Increasingly, prospects are already experimenting with AI tools or considering building marketing capability in-house instead of buying a platform. This role requires the ability to spot that shift early, hold a credible conversation about “what's worth building yourselves, and what's worth building with Skai."
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities with net new brand advertisers and marketers across EMEA.
- Build and execute account plans to expand Skai's footprint within each newly won client during the initial sales cycle.
- Pipeline development; account planning; forecasting; and proactive management of any assigned leads.
- Execute business-value-driven sales campaigns to maximise Skai's opportunity within each prospect and account.
- Represent Skai with client partners, third parties, and at industry and other events.
- Partner with the Client Success team to ensure successful implementation, customer satisfaction, and ongoing partnership.
- Participate in product strategy definition with the Product team.
- Run agentic-maturity discovery with prospects: current AI/agentic tool usage, whether marketing leadership has an agentic agenda, and whether an in-house build is underway or being evaluated instead of a platform purchase.
- Lead “Build Alone vs Build with Skai” conversations — reframe build-vs-buy objections and position Skai's data, tools, governance and orchestration (Data Hub, Skai Studio, MCP integrations) as the foundation clients build differentiated marketing capability on top of, rather than a competitor to that build.
- Partner with Product/Solutions Engineering to translate Skai's agentic capabilities into account-specific use cases and ROI models based on cost, governance and production-readiness, not product features alone.
- Have an “Agentic first “ approach to tasks

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
