Arora Group is seeking a commercially driven Director of Sales - Leisure, Groups & Airline to lead the growth of leisure, group and airline business across our hotel portfolio.
This group-wide role will focus on driving profitable room nights and revenue through strategic partnerships with tour operators, group organisers, travel companies, airlines and aviation partners. Working within the Central Commercial Team, you will identify new business opportunities, grow key accounts and maximise sales performance across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the leisure, groups and airline sales strategy across the Arora portfolio.
- Increase production from existing partners.
- Build relationships with tour operators, wholesalers, group travel companies, coach operators and airlines.
- Drive contracted, recurring and ad hoc group business to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, rates and preferred supplier partnerships.
- Manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and deliver against revenue targets.
- Collaborate with hotel sales teams, Revenue Management and Marketing to maximise conversion and profitability.
- Represent Arora Group at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.

About You
- Proven success in leisure, group, travel or airline sales.
- Strong industry network across travel, leisure, groups and aviation sectors.
- Track record of securing and developing high-volume room-night business.
- Experienced in commercial negotiations, account management and new business development.
- Commercially astute with strong analytical, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Able to think strategically across a multi-property hotel portfolio.
