We are currently partnering with a £multi-million client who are a market-leading AI HR Tech platform. They've been around for over 10 years and operate in the UK, US, and Europe. Following the appointment of a new CEO, they are currently going through a scale-up and are now looking to recruit an exceptional Director Of Sales/CRO to join their high-performing senior commercial team.

They are looking for a proven enterprise SaaS sales professional with experience closing complex, high-value deals, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving strategic business outcomes. Leadership skills are also a prerequisite. Comfortable operating in a PE-backed business will also be useful.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
